Propose new architecture and implement design based on specifications.
Implementation
We created a new system to manage and control documents and invoices. To do this, we implemented the necessary interface for managing and controlling customer profiles with payment gateway integration.
The new system also provides a structured search and filtering of information as well as user rights structures.
Result
A superior service has been provided to clients, who are able to view up-to-date information on their tariffs, products in one centralised location. Payments have been made more transparent and information and accessibility to clients has increased.
